In the joy of this Tryst, winemaker and wine drinker meet! Tryst is a sweet, lush rosé with a palate of juicy cherry followed by raspberries, strawberries, watermelon, and pixie stick with a touch of mint. This very fruity and aromatic rosé will satisfy summer’s dedication to drinkable, light wines. Pairs well with pizza, pasta and picnics!
This limited release, single varietal Syrah has a great tannin structure that is complimented by the smooth bourbon character that can only come from a 1792 Bourbon Barrel. Bold bourbon aromas lead to flavors of blackberry & blueberry bourbon jam, silky dark toffee and leather notes, roasted meat, vanilla, grippy tannins on the finish. This Syrah is dedicated to our winemaker’s father, William Sullivan.
